After years of requests from the cheering section, Ali, Davyd, my mom and I just returned from a trip to Disney World in Florida. Yes, 80 degrees is preferable to the negative digits we are experiencing back in Wisconsin now. Traveling with my family is always cherished. I personally loved Cirque Du Soliel's - La Nouba and afternoon tea at the Grand Floridian.I admit though, I feel a bit Disney Schmisney- especially towards Magic Kingdom. Fantasy or flaunting fake? Plastic smiles, prerecorded parades and too much bippity boppity. There seems to be a run on princesses these days. Why would anyone take a beautiful little girl, dress her in polyester, put make up on her naturally pretty face and plaster up her delightful messy curls? All in the name of being a princess. Come on.
